SOLIDYNE UNIDEX UX 24 DIGITAL MIXER

from €0.00

UNIDEX is an acronym for Universal Desktop with EXternal adapters. The design basis was to make a digital console without the complexity of an IP console (which requires everything to be connected through a dedicated data network) but that allows great connection and configuration flexibility, including audio over IP compatibility.

This is how the external adapters were born, which connect directly to the console through a new universal input designed by Solidyne called UNIDEX. In this way, the user can expand the console by acquiring external modules for telecommunications, microphones, other audio interfaces, and intercoms.

Any signal is easily coupled. Solidyne UNIDEX UX24 is a standalone, full-digital 24bits @ 48KHz, with internal DSP audio processing. It has 4 inputs for microphones, 20 stereo inputs, and 24 outputs on its rear panel. The number of inputs is higher when used in mono for microphones and communications. It has 12 faders and another 12 "virtual faders" can be handled from a 7" touch screen on board.

Everything can also be managed from a tablet or external computer. As an option, can be installed up to two 6-faders expansion panels; to have a total of 24 physical faders. The design is compact and integrated. All the inputs and outputs are on the rear panel, connectorized with RJ45.

Solidyne provides RJ45-to-audio patch cords (XLR, TRS, RCA). The operation in the air is simple. The default settings allow you to connect and go on the air with minimal configuration. No advanced knowledge is required. In general, the console's operation does not differ from a conventional console. Some functions, such as audio processes, are operated from the touch screen.

Three user levels allow to work with operators that only have access to the minimum functions; advanced operators with access to advanced features (audio process, scenes edition) or full access users.- One input can be assigned to any of the 12 physical faders or 12 "virtual faders"-

For example, the user can create scenes with different channel routing or processing settings (for microphones).- UX24 supports the full remote operation by IP, using a built-in web interface designed for use with touch screens.- Remote web access to all settings.-

Management of up to two air studios.- Real-time VST effects can be used via USB ASIO and the external computer. The DANTE/AES67 expansion provides a 16x16 channel matrix for mounting an AoIP network with distributed nodes.
